Head Chef Scoops Award

Executive Head Chef Paul Somerville has been awarded joint CHEF OF THE YEAR 2012 in the Dumfries and Galloway Life awards. A packed Easterbrook Hall were told that the two finalists Paul and Lara Smith from the Buccleuch Arms in Moffat could not be separated and were therefore jointly awarded the Chef of the Year
