Friday 8th June – Sunday 10th June - 2 day course
Take the stress out of entertaining and learn how to quickly prepare stunning looking dishes to amaze your friends and family. This class covers Starters, Mains and Desserts
Friday 22nd – Sunday 24th June – 2 day course
Indian and Italian cookery combo
The Indian class introduces you to Indian spices and how to blend and grind them. Then learn how to create mouth watering Indian dishes.
On your Italian class we unlock the secrets of making the perfect homemade pasta as well as accompanying sauces. Delicious.
Friday 6th July – 8th July – 2 day course
Pork dishes from around the world and bread making
Learn about different cuts of pork and a variety of dishes to showcase them. Goan Pork Curry and Homemade Scotch Eggs are both on the menu.
On day 2, move on to kneading, proving and baking a delicious range of breads from scratch! Take home what you bake!
Friday 20th – Sunday 22nd July – 2 day course
This 2 day course shows you how to create gorgeous 3 course menus without the fuss. Learn how to prepare in advance as well as take on lots of tips and techniques to delight your guests.
Friday 27th – Monday 30th July – 3 day course
Chicken dishes from around the world, Introduction to Indian and an Introduction to Thai cooking
A 3 day course that has it all! Start off with how to joint a whole chicken and prepare it in a variety of delectable dishes. On day 2 learn all about how to blend your own spices and then cook a selection of gorgeous Indian food. Finally, delve into the world of Thai cookery and learn the secrets of how to make this amazing food for yourself.
Friday 24th August – Monday 27th August – 3 day course
Summer dishes, fresh pasta and sauces, cookery of the Ukraine & Russia
On Day 1 get inspired for summer and learn about fresh summer produce and how to turn it into summer classics. Then move into the world of Italian cookery as you are shown how to make and cook your own fresh pasta. Finally, after 20 years living in Ukraine, Nick will take you through how to make some of the delicacies of this amazing area.
Arrive Friday – check in by 2pm in readiness for your first afternoon demonstration at 3.30pm at the Station House cookery school
Return to the hotel at 6.30 in readiness for dinner. A drink in our Gin and Prosecco Bar first perhaps before dining in either the bar lounge or Artistas restaurant
Breakfast from 7.30 Saturday morning ahead of your first practical cookery session at 9.30 through to 12.30 a break for lunch and a chance to explore the town and galleries before returning to an afternoon practical from 2.30pm to 5.30pm
Back to the hotel for drinks and dinner, a relaxing evening ahead of your final morning at the cookery school on Sunday morning.
After a hearty breakfast, head off for your final session at the cookery school at 9.30am through to 12.30
For those on the 3 day course the same format as Saturday applies and the final session will be on the Monday - see the course dates below

Rates include bed and breakfast at the hotel and cookery course and are per person
Single supplements of £60 for the 2 days course and £90 for the 3 day course apply to the above rates

September 2018 - Come for the week - Nick's week long course starts Sunday Night 2nd September and Departs Friday 7th September with classes daily Monday to Friday
Stay on a Bed and Breakfast basis at the hotel for £580 per room for 5 nights and bolt on the cookery course for £499pp - so for one person the cost would be £1079 and for two sharing a twin or double room the hotel and course would be £1578
