Spring into Summer menu set to launch mid May

As we move towards summer our natural larder changes and the availability of fresh local produce widens. We’re currentky writing and introducing some dishes from our Spring / Summer menu with an emphasis on lighter, healthier options and a wider vegetarian choice. We’re working on Elderflower and broad bean toasts, New potato tortilla with halloumi and tomato kasundi, we’ll be featuring Asparagus, garden herbs, beetroot, globe artichokes and sorrel all coming into season during the first warm days of the year. Outdoor Rhubarb and the first of the Strawberries will feature on our puds section soon and naturally Spring Lamb and Fresh Crabs will be listed. We’re aware of a greater move to vegetarian and gluten free and have ensured that our next menu offering features an exciting range of gluten free and vegetarian options.
