Cookery School taster breaks 2 nights £148pp

We’re delighted to have teamed up with Nick Morris at the Station House Cookery School to offer exclusive taster courses ahead of the school opening to a wider and larger audience. Limited to just 4 participants these courses are offered at a very reduced rate as Nick works on his course content and format in readiness for the Cooker School opening to up to 16 delegated per course in 2018.

We have packaged a 2 night stay at the hotel and include the courses below which all run on a Tuesday.

November 14th

Indian Cookery 9.30 – 14.00            Due to the amazing response to the first course we are running another to meet demand. Learn all about how to keep and blend spices, pair flavours and put together an authentic Indian meal straight from the pages of Nick’s favourite cookery writer, Madhur Jaffrey.


November 28th

An Introduction to Foraging with Kat Milligan 9.30 – 14.00

Now this is exciting! Breakfast at Station House and then off around the local woodlands and hedgerows to forage for local delights. No experience necessary as Kat will guide you through everything you need to know. Then back to Station House for a hearty lunch. What a great day.

December 5th

Cooking on a budget         All the tricks you need to know to get the most from your weekly budget while cooking up delicious and healthy meals. Great way to feed the family and make sure nothing is wasted without compromising on the taste.

December 12th

Easy Entertaining         Who doesn’t love to throw a successful dinner party? Nick guides you through all the tips for creating starters, main courses and desserts to amaze and delight your guests. You’ll never find entertaining stressful again!

December 19th

The Christmas Special          Tis the season to be jolly… and get into the kitchen and cook up a storm of Christmas treats. Nick will give you a host of ideas to make the festive season that much more delicious!
