Well now you can with 4×4 Treks Galloway. They will show you the Scotland which lies off the beaten track – the vast, remote wilderness in all it’s stunning glory. You’ll be able to experience the real, rugged beauty of one of Scotland’s most beautiful but least known areas, much of which is only accessible in a 4×4.
4×4 Treks Galloway has negotiated access to around 300,000 acres of South West Scotland – an area of outstanding natural beauty and home to an array of wildlife. This access allows them to offer visitors a unique experience whilst at the same time respecting the environment through properly managed off-road tours.

All prices are per head for a 1 day tour and include your planned day out from 9.30am to 5pm approx. Your tour will be tailor made to suit your requests and will include 4×4 touring on private estate, farm and forestry land with 100’s of miles of exclusive access to private tracks and trails as well as the support of 4×4 Treks Galloway guides.
The off-road adventure tours will take you into the heart of the area’s most remote and breathtaking wilderness. The dominant feature of the routes is the huge Galloway Forest Park, the UK’s first Dark Skies Park. 193,000 acres in area, more than 500 miles of dirt tracks snake over its hills, 300 miles of rivers flow in its glens and over 150 lochs are to be found amid the wild moorland and mountain crags; landscape which was home to Robert the Bruce, Covenanters, early Christianity and is home to iconic species such as Hen Harriers, Red Kites, Golden Eagles, Osprey, Red Deer and Otters.
